What happens to leftover scheduled time?
It’s completely up to you. If we finish your main project early, you can either wrap the visit there or use the remaining time to tackle additional add-on services that comfortably fit within your scheduled appointment window.
Do your flat rates include the cost of materials and fixtures?
Our standard flat rates completely cover all everyday workshop consumables (like premium structural fasteners, adhesives, and sealants). For main project items, you can choose to provide them yourself, or outsource the logistics to us via our $110 Sourcing & Transport Service.

Are major renovations within scope?
In California, handyman services are legally limited. Major renovations and larger construction projects must be handled by a CSLB-licensed contractor. Camellia Handyman focuses on smaller-scale, high-quality repairs and trusted installations that fall within the legal handyman scope.
